Is it HIPAA compliant?
The checklist itself is marketing content, not clinical records, so HIPAA doesn't apply to the template. How you collect emails on your website is governed by your email platform's compliance (Flodesk, Mailchimp, and ConvertKit all offer HIPAA options).
Can I use it for my group practice?
